In July 2011 Zail Hearing Care merged with Attune Hearing, a national audiology company, with more than 30 clinics in Queensland, NSW & now Victoria. It is an exciting time and it will allow us to expand our services, and provide a broader range of care for all our clients. In October and November 2011 we had a lot of success with people trying the new Resound Aids with Mini Microphone.  Th Mini Microphone is a portable clip-on microphone that transmits speech directly to people’s hearing aids. Its brilliant for situations where you want to listen to one person in the car or in a restaurant or other type of noisy environment.

Book in now and have your preconceptions on hearing aids dashed. FREE trials are available to take home.

There is a lot happening at Zail Hearing Care (an Attune Company) at the moment. Some new faces will be joining our team at Attune (Zail Hearing Care) and we would love to introduce them to you!

James is an addition to our audiologist team in Mornington. He is friendly, energetic and ready to cater to your hearing needs.

Vivianne is new to the scene just like the brand new location at Carnegie. She will be at the front desk, assisting with admin and being ready to meet and greet both current and potential clients.

For all our Frankston visitors, you will be greeted with yet another beautiful face – Lyn – who will be accompanying our administration team in Frankston.

Roxanne and Rie will be supporting Michelle in Mornington with administration duties. Be sure to say hello and don’t be shy.

Jo has recently joined us with a background in hearing services. Her role will include a combination of both clinical and senior customer management across the group.
